Manda-Gin

Ingredients :
- 1 oz of Gin Violette
- 0.5 oz Apérol
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Rosemary syrup
- 1 egg white
- 4 mandarin orange quarters
Recipe :
Place 4 mandarin orange segments in a shaker and crush. Pour in the Gin Violette, Aperol, lemon juice, rosemary syrup and egg white.
Add ice and shake, then strain through a colander. Shake a second time, without ice, to create a smooth texture. Pour into an Old Fashion glass filled with ice.
