Le Grill at Fairmont Le Château Montebello

As you enjoy the views of the Outaouais river or watch the beautiful sunset, our classic BBQ Grill offer is served family-style at the table in four courses: salads, fish and shrimp, grilled and smoked stations, and desserts. Guests can continue to order multiple items at any time, as this is an ongoing service.

In the event of inclement weather : Should weather conditions be unfavorable, the BBQ at Le Gril will be relocated to Nymark Restaurant. The decision will be made early in the afternoon on the day of the event.
