Our 3 favorite warm drinks for the Holidays

The Holidays are around the corner and it is definitely the best time of the year to indulge in your favorite foods and sip on your favorite drinks. For a gathering or an intimate evening, discover our 3 favorite warm drinks to make at home. Why not have a cup of cheer to warm up your Holiday evenings!

1. Hot Cider

Quantity: 1 gallon (30 portions of 5 oz)

3 liters apple juice
19 oz spiced rum
6 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons of cloves
5 lemons (must use the zest of the entire lemon)

Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat for 35 minutes.

2. Mulled Wine

Quantity: 1 gallon (30 portions of 5 oz)

3 liters red wine
19 oz brandy
375 ml maple syrup
6 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons of cloves
5 oranges (must use the zest of the entire orange)

Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat for 35 minutes.

3. Hot Toddy

Quantity: 1 gallon (30 portions of 5 oz)

3 liters hot water infused with 13 bags of earl grey tea
19 oz whiskey
6 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon of cloves
5 lemons (must use the zest of the entire lemon)

Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat for 35 minutes.
